I became involved in Real Estate in 1999 as a private investor. I am an active member of "DIG" (Diversified Investors Group) and have acquired thirteen properties in 2 short years. What I have discovered is that few people realize what it takes to complete a real estate transaction successfully. I myself didn't realize all the intricate details of a transaction and what could (and probably would) go wrong until after I had bought my first few properties and made my fair share of costly mistakes. It was at one of many seminars that I decided to get my Real Estate License.

I studied at Schlicter Kratz Institute with the intention of taking that knowledge and applying it to my investment strategies. Somewhere along the line, and quite frankly in my heart, It occurred to me that I may be better suited to helping people like yourself find your DREAM HOME. I have taken my expertise as a successful investor to the next level by becoming a REALTOR with Keller Williams Realty of Blue Bell. Beginning in 2005, I realized there would be incredible repercussions due to lax lending guidlines and overvalued appreciation so  I began studying various ways to help troubled homeowners.
As we all know,  The market began making it's adjustment  in mid 2007 and escaated toward September of 2008.
I have developed 13 different programs to help every sitiation and I am a certified Short Sale Specialist.
